Lucia Ristorante, Winchester is a North Shore institution—opened in 1985 by Winchester residents Filippo and Anna Frattaroli. Located in Winchester Center, Lucia's is the sister restaurant of the original Lucia Ristorante Which Opened in Boston’s North End in 1977.
